Condition surveys

Record the condition of your site and surroundings professionally before construction commences using an innovative survey technique using ultra high resolution 360° panoramic photographs. The survey is captured by an experienced photographer/camera operator who holds a CSCS card for visiting construction sites. The resulting material is placed in a customised template developed by White Hart, which can be combined with PicData, our photo storage and retrieval system. The streamlined process is easy to commission and, because it is template based, very competitive.

  • The user friendly package allows you to easily and quickly review recorded areas in the required level of detail to respond to third party claims and disputes
  • The process takes the hassle out of the recording process and trying to find and match images when issues arise during or after the project has been completed
  • The technique is useful for consultants and engineers to quickly orientate themselves and colleagues on a site and focus on features within a job
  • It can also be used for “before and after” comparisons

Below is a small sample taken from a condition survey we completed for ISG at Liverpool Lime Street station. The full survey contains 81 panoramas.
