Having completed a bespoke module for the Army Cadet Force’s adult volunteers on ‘Managing Detachment Funds’, we were asked to produce three further e-learning modules for the ACF as part of their blended learning training programme for junior officers. The modules cover three topics:

• Self development
• Leadership
• Problem solving

The result was three interactive modules which approached the topics from refreshingly different perspectives, ensuring participants engaged with their learning even though some had previous experience of the subject matter. We incorporated our in-house instructional design and graphics within the ACF branding guidelines. The modules are SCORM compliant, for use in Moodle.
