ISG work on some large and complex projects, often involving new technologies and pieces of equipment. To help enable a smooth transition when handing a completed project over to their client, they have on several occasions commissioned us to produce training videos. In some cases, such as on the Reading University Library refurbishment project, these are aimed at the incoming facilities management team, with operation guides and troubleshooting on equipment including building management systems, fire alarms, boilers and air conditioning units. 

Other projects, such as Plot 2 Central Square in Cardiff, we created a mobilisation and induction package of videos integrated onto a floor plan, which ISG presented to the client in bespoke wooden display boxes, complete with a booklet displaying the journey to project completion which we also produced.
