Tideway
White Hart are working with the consortiums delivering the East, Central and West segments of the new Tideway super-sewer in London. We have created an interactive main project induction for each of the three sections as well as specific presentations for sites within the projects, marine works and visitors. By working closely with the Tideway communications team, we ensure all our work complies with their brand guidelines.
Tideway have a strong commitment to innovation, so we approached the projects with that in mind. All our presentations are highly engaging, with a mixture of videos, graphics, slides and interactive sections in which the audience use keypads to respond to questions posed by the presenter. As the projects progress, we work with them to develop the presentations further, responding to the needs of the client and their workforce. One of the biggest challenges facing the construction industry is complacency so we are constantly looking for fresh technology and methods of presentation to keep the workforce focused on the key health and safety messages.
Videos we have filmed include personal safety messages, acted scenarios, pieces to camera from management and operatives, personal safety commitments from employees and contractors, interviews with the Port of London Authority and HM Coastguard, instructional videos and filming from boats on the Thames.
Tideway East is delivered by CVB, a consortium formed of Costain, Vinci Construction Grands Projets, and Bachy Soletanche. Each year, Vinci holds an international safety week which CVB are keen to make the most of, and 2019 saw us create a series of videos to be shown to their workforce. Click here to find out more.
When filming on site we are efficient and follow site rules and safety regulations, and we are sensitive to the filming restrictions of third parties, such as the Port of London Authority.
Our core film crew currently hold the 6151 Tunnel Entry qualification.
