Online inductions communicate company values and policies, compliance, and safety gear requirements through videos and interactive maps. We tailor each online induction completely to the client. Typically, these online inductions include welcome messages from key personnel, information on how to get to site, company expectations, and knowledge checks. Delegates can complete the course in their own time before they come to site for the first time, saving time and providing reassurance.

We created 19 online induction videos for SCS, a contractor for HS2 that operates over numerous sites across London. These videos communicated specific information about general SCS policies, compliance checks, and safety gear requirements to delivery drivers. All of the information was distilled into clear and accessible content.

We then created a global video to highlight key information relevant to the whole project. Additionally, we later developed 19 site-specific videos for each of the individual sites. These included drone footage of the site, animated maps of the route into sites, and any information specific to the site the driver is due to access. Each of these videos was translated into six different languages to reflect and accommodate the range of nationalities of the SCS drivers.
