White Hart has a longstanding relationship with Laing O’Rourke and we are continuously working to find innovative ways to communicate visually with their workforce.
We have been providing inductions for LOR projects for over ten years and in this time we have progressed from standalone videos to multimedia presentations and have recently developed an online learning management system to enable contractors and employees to partially complete their induction before they arrive on site.
Alongside the inductions we have worked with project leaders to develop innovative methods to communicate with the workforce, the public and their clients, including progress videos, dilapidation surveys, online hazard reporting, tool box talks and training videos.
The above “tool box talk” video, which is designed to be shown to employees to refresh their knowledge of the risks involved and safety precautions required when working with dumpers.
The second video is a training video we made for Laing O’Rourke’s project at Bristol Royal Infirmary. As part of their work LOR installed a UPS system, and wanted a way to quickly and easily train the facilities management team how to use it after the completed project was handed over to the client. In 2015-16 we delivered a package of over 100 handover training videos for a major research facility.
White Hart, through their expertise and dedication, produced professional, user friendly ‘future learning material’ for the end users. Throughout our partnership, we always found White Hart to be extremely flexible to the demands of a rapidly changing site and to have the technical ability to deliver the high quality product we required, this they have proven and provided through from the first concept meeting to their final deliveries.
