Our induction workshops use AR and video production to create engaging presentations across the construction industry. Augmented Reality is an impressive tool which merges traditional training with cutting edge digital media. Partnering with Zubr, we have created an AR-led induction package for Align JV.
We use a unique networked system that allows many users to experience the same AR and digital content simultaneously. Using a bespoke app on iPads, onboarding workshop attendees can explore and interact with complex 3D models, interactive quizzes, hazard spotting games, video messages and case studies – all displayed in the space around them.
Led by our team of professional facilitators, the overall presentation covers topics such as safety (including behavioural change), health (including mental health), leadership, EDI, environment and sustainability, and company values and culture.
