Dramas
This an effective way of relaying lessons learnt with the workforce and reinforcing the correct methodology. These films can usually be produced within 4 weeks of us receiving the incident report. We analyse the incident report and agree with the client what the learning objectives are for the incident. We then produce a script and storyboard for the drama with a diverse selection of actors (including child actors) for the client to choose from.
The core of the story is as close to the real incident as possible, but we dramatise certain elements, creating a backstory for the main character and often changing the outcome. The ending of the film will highlight the learning objectives from the incident report. As these are based on real incidents within the project, the filming of re-enactment scenes take place on the project; we source and recce additional locations as required by the story and script. We have our own domestic setting, including a farm and several options for kitchen/living areas, which can be used as a filming location.
See below for some examples of our work.
