White Hart were engaged by John Laing PLC to work with a group of under achievers at Hreod Secondary School in Swindon while a new PFI school was built alongside the old school.

Director John Brooks and Production Manager Tim Aston helped the school purchase filming and editing equipment before teaching them how to use the camera and editing suite to produce a series of programmes culminating in a documentary to mark the opening of the new school.

The project lasted 18 months and by the end of the process the entire group had transformed into high achievers.

In another education initiative we worked with staff and pupils at Chepstow Comprehensive School to produce a public awareness video highlighting the potential danger of electricity. The script was written in consultation with their Physics department to cover core curriculum material on electricity as well as delivering important safety messages from electricity distribution company, WPD.
