Bespoke courses
Bespoke courses are designed for individuals, group and corporate requirements. They may contain the following modules:

This module can include an analysis of individual’s presentation skills and strategies to improve.
- • Psychology and Physiology: Do nerves get the better of you? Learn how you can effect the way you feel in an instance by changing how you think, how you breath and through your posture. Develop genuine self confidence and self worth which allows you to communicate with integrity and assurance.
- • 360 Degree Vision: Lots of people talk about being customer focused but do you really see everybody’s point of view and respond appropriately. Learn how the greatest skill in communication is to listen and empathise.
- • Word Power: Learn how to use language to shape positive perceptions while being alerted to the pitfalls of inappropriate thinking and words which do the opposite.
- • Concise and with Clarity: Learn how to organise your thoughts so you can prioritise your messages and deliver them with clarity.
- • Aids to Communication: How to create visual aids, such as presentations and video, to support you.
- • Consistency in PR: You may have a PR strategy but do all your key people know it and, more importantly, buy into it so they contribute. This module will explain your PR strategy to participants and why it is important.
- • Understanding the Media: Learn from a “poacher turned gamekeeper” how the Media, in print, radio and television, works and learn strategies to make any engagement with them an opportunity rather than a threat.
- • Crisis Management: How to respond when the spotlight falls on your company - when and how to comment.
- • Proactive initiatives: Promoting your own agenda and raising your profile. Training sessions help staff understand the importance of external communication and improves their willingness to support initiatives.
