White Hart has a strong track record in delivering communication projects for the water, electricity, gas and telecoms sectors as well as highways maintenance. Having worked at Director and operational levels we have an excellent understanding of these industries and their issues.
Water
Water: Our business started with our relationship with Welsh Water which endured for 11 years. We handled their PR, made all their videos and wrote many of their reports and publications, including their annual report and the Chairman’s speeches, and compiled many presentations. Over the period we produced a quarterly, and then, monthly team briefing video which was shown to all staff around the world. The video was judged best internal communications video in the country and every year through the Nineties picked up national and regional awards for its excellence.
Electricity
Electricity: Following a long standing relationship with SWALEC we fulfilled a three year PR contract with Eastern Electricity gaining sustained media coverage in national newspapers and trade magazines. We have provided Media Training to Western Power Distribution since 2000 and produced a public awareness campaign video in English and Welsh. We have also worked with Alfred McAlpine’s Electricity High Voltage division filming their specialist operations and continue to produce videos for them since they became part of Carillion. Other projects have included wind farms and hydro-power.
Gas
Gas: We fulfilled a PR contract for Eastern Natural Gas during its launch period and continued to work in the sector for Alfred McAlpine, filming training and operations throughout the UK. Since the formation of Wales and West Utilities we provide communication and media training for them and have produced a number of videos for special events.
Telecoms
Telecoms: We began working for BT for a recruitment roadshow and continued our involvement through Alfred McAlpine and their division setting up mobile transmitter stations.
