In the early Nineties John Laing, Mowlem and Hyder were some of the early pioneers of Private Finance Initiatives and the variations which have derived from it. White Hart was involved with them in producing bids and recording projects on video. The extension of London’s Docklands Light Railway was one of our first projects in the sector, for which we produced quarterly reports on progress for consortium partners, their City investors and the public.

We have a thorough understanding of the dynamics of these public private partnerships and have often been called upon to communicate the values of co-operation to stakeholders and other interested parties.
